Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information TIG First Look collects and how we use it. First Look is operated by TIG, LLC (“TIG,” “we,” “us”).
Information we collect
- Information you enter into Quick Look and First Look — including your name and contact details, information about your business, and details about the financing or transaction you want a First Look on.
- Deal and application information generated as you work through First Look.
- Documents and files you choose to upload for processing your deal.
- Transaction and payment-related records — when you purchase a paid First Look, our payment processor (Stripe) processes your payment and shares limited transaction details with us, such as the amount, date, payment status, and the email address you provide at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Campaign/attribution information — if you arrive from an advertisement, email, or QR code, your browser may carry a campaign identifier during your visit.
How we store and process information
- Deal and application data is stored using TIG’s database and hosting service providers.
- Documents you upload are stored using private cloud object storage. They are not publicly accessible and are made available only through authenticated requests tied to your deal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
- We use a small number of service providers to host the site, store data, and process payments on our behalf. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
We retain deal and application information, uploaded documents, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide First Look and related services and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal compliance. When you remove an uploaded document, the file is deleted from storage; a record that the document existed and was removed is retained. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to generate your Quick Look or First Look results and, only if you choose to request it, to support a Professional Review by TIG. We do not use your information to make an automated lending decision. We do not currently share your information with lenders or brokers. We do not sell your personal information. First Look is a preparation and readiness tool, not a loan approval process.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections, and private storage for uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser’s session storage to carry your progress through Quick Look and First Look and to carry campaign information during a visit. Our authentication and infrastructure providers may also set cookies or similar identifiers that are necessary for the site to work. As of this policy, no third-party analytics or advertising tools are integrated.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact firstlook@irvinegroupconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
