Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of TIG First Look (“First Look”), operated by TIG, LLC (“TIG,” “we,” “us”).
What First Look is
Quick Look and First Look are preparation and readiness tools. They are designed to help you identify missing information, potential weaknesses, and questions that may come up before you present a commercial financing request to a lender. First Look is an educational and preliminary self-assessment tool only.
Using Quick Look or First Look, and any resulting result, summary, or Professional Review, does not constitute loan approval, a guarantee of financing, lender approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of funding of any kind.
Payment and refunds
Paid First Look costs $49.95 (US dollars). Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
The $49.95 First Look fee is non-refundable once the First Look has been generated or delivered. Refunds will be provided for duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased First Look due to a TIG technical problem, or where required by law. To request a refund or ask about a charge, contact firstlook@irvinegroupconsulting.com.
Information you provide and documents you upload
To use First Look you provide information about yourself, your business, and the financing you are considering, and you may choose to upload documents for processing your deal. You are responsible for having the right to share any information and documents you submit. Your Quick Look and First Look results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide; we do not independently verify most information you submit unless and until a Professional Review or later stage explicitly says otherwise. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
First Look does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors as appropriate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse First Look, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or uploading files that contain malware.
Service availability
We aim to keep First Look available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as First Look evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
